Q: What is included with the rent?
A: All rents include heat, hot water and all the amenities at JVT.

Q: What kind of people live at JVT?
A: We have 598 apartment homes. We have a very diverse group of residents from all ages and from all over the world.

Q: Is parking readily available?
A: Yes, we have 5 options ranging from $60 - $90 per month. Street parking is also available with a permit, $12 for 3 months.

Q: Are there washers and dryers in the apartments?
A: No, but we have started to install stackable units in the one and two bedroom apartment homes for an additional $50 a month. We also have 24 hour laundry rooms in each building for only $1 to wash and $1 to dry.

Q: How secure is the building and neighborhood?
A: We provide locked entryways as well as cameras throughout the property. For added peace of mind we have a courtesy patrol that walks the buildings as well as the outside areas during the weekend hours.

Q: Do you accept pets? Is there a fee?
A: We gladly welcome pets, one dog up to 20 pounds or less or two cats. There is no monthly fee but we do require a $300 non refundablefee.

Q: Is the management/maintenance responsive?
A: Our on site management office is open 6 days a week for your convenience with maintenance available 6 days a week and on call 24 hours a day.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our location is our best selling tip. We are in the heart of Milwaukee’s downtown. With in walking distance of many fine restaurants, bars, sporting events, art, museums, the river walk, lake Michigan and much more.
